INX is looking for a super-talented VP HR for a global fintech public company that is in a significant growth stage (located in Herzliya). A candidate with exceptional personal skills and out-of-the-box thinking abilities to manage an HR team at an international company (offices in IL, US, EU).

Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding and retention of employees, managing the whole employee lifecycle. Control the HR budget and report on current and future staffing costs and initiatives.

Build strong inter-organizational relationships and help establish great communication channels between managers & employees, building a more effective cross-department collaboration and internal communications across the organization.

Will be part of the executive management team. Will update the board of directors periodically. 


10+ years of experience in an HR role at a high-growth tech start-up

Experience with hands-on talent acquisition in hi-tech companies

Experience managing an HR team at an international company

Experience in driving growing organizational processes from scratch

Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and off-boarding)

Should be capable of mentoring, accompanying and developing managers

Problem solving abilities as well as strong operational and strategic skills

High level of discretion, confidentiality and ethics

Humility, flexibility and good personal skills are a must
