INX is a rapidly-growing fintech company looking for a social media manager who will join our digital marketing department. Our brand identity will need to be developed across several social media channels.
We are looking for someone who will take a hands-on role to build and grow our community.
As a social media manager on INX you will be responsible for interacting and engaging with customers on multiple social media platforms.
2-3 years of experience managing community growth and engagement
Live and breathe social media with excellent knowledge with Twitter, Tiktok, Telegram, Reddit, Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram and more
Native English speaker – Must (all channels are in English)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Familiarity with common marketing metrics and analytics tools
Passion for conflict resolution and problem solving
Previous experience as a community manager / social media manager or similar role (at least one year)
Collaborate closely with management, product, design and more.
Experience in cryptocurrency or financial trading - Advantage!
Experience in customer service - Advantage!
