Office Administrator

  • Supporting the INX office by leading and handling office management tasks
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel
  • Ordering office supplies, restocking, and maintaining inventory
  • Coordinating shipping requests
  • Ordering catering for meetings and special events
  • Kitchen management – ordering/restocking/cleaning oversight
  • Managing communication with the building management and cleaning staff
  • Assisting in planning company events, including team-building events
  • Supporting the Finance team and other departments as needed
  • Handling daily mail, files, and information systems, and reporting on office expenses
  • Managing office purchasing, payments and order tracking
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects, which vary based on office’s needs


  • 1+ year experience in an administrative role, supporting a team; Hi-tech industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outstanding service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills  
  • Must be flexible and willing to assist others
  • High level of reliability, diligence, professionalism, and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities
  • Strong detail-orientation and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
