Responsibilities:
- Supporting the INX office by leading and handling office management tasks
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel
- Ordering office supplies, restocking, and maintaining inventory
- Coordinating shipping requests
- Ordering catering for meetings and special events
- Kitchen management – ordering/restocking/cleaning oversight
- Managing communication with the building management and cleaning staff
- Assisting in planning company events, including team-building events
- Supporting the Finance team and other departments as needed
- Handling daily mail, files, and information systems, and reporting on office expenses
- Managing office purchasing, payments and order tracking
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects, which vary based on office’s needs
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in an administrative role, supporting a team; Hi-tech industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outstanding service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills
- Must be flexible and willing to assist others
- High level of reliability, diligence, professionalism, and discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities
- Strong detail-orientation and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
