Mr. Lewis has served as CEO of four companies, includingThe Green Exchange (a federally regulated futures and options exchange in NewYork and London, invested by the CME Group, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Credit Suisse and some of the nation’s leading energy brokers, hedgefunds and energy service companies), APX (a venture-backed wholesale powermarkets and renewable energy services provider, invested by Goldman Sachs),Ameritrade (now TD Ameritrade, the nation’s largest online, retail broker) andCampus Pipeline (an educational software company). As Executive in Residenceand Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School, Mr.Lewis conceived and developed a graduate-level course in Environmental Finance,which was taught for seven semesters and was part of the core MBA curriculum.Mr. Lewis served in technology leadership positions with American Express, CreditSuisse First Boston, USF&G Insurance and Marriott Corporation. Mr. Lewisalso served as the head of technology for the Executive Office of the Presidentof the United States during the Ronald Reagan Administration.

Mr.Lewis is currently the Founder of Noble 4 Advisors, LLC, a company thatprovides a proprietary methodology called Managing for Outstanding Performance,along with expert guidance and a set of technologies, to help boards, CEO’s,investors and senior executives define and implement plans to vastly improveoperating performance. Clients include the world’s largest futures and optionsexchange, one of the nation’s largest electric utilities, a leading, nonprofitservice provider in renewable energy, a leading, venture-backed energy datacontent and software company, an educational software company and a university.
Mr.Lewis holds an honorary doctorate, a master’s degree in computer and informationscience, and a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in business administrationfrom the University of New Haven in Connecticut, where he was honored as adistinguished alumnus. He served as chairman of the Board of Trustees of theHenry Lee Institute of Forensic Science, and served for twelve years as amember of the Board of Trustees of the University of New Haven. He has alsoserved as a member of the Advisory Board of the Johns Hopkins Carey BusinessSchool at Johns Hopkins University. He taught at Johns Hopkins University,California Polytechnic University (Pomona), California State University(Dominguez Hills), and the University of New Haven, and lectured at CornellUniversity.
