- The cashback offer is open only to new users who have been approved for cryptocurrency or security token trading.
- Users will be eligible to receive cashback based on their trading fees only. This excludes any other fees they might encounter on the platform.
- Trading fees are calculated in real-time and will be credited to the user’s INX.One account during the first week of April for the previous month’s activity.
- If the total trading fees match the specified offer amount, users will receive the full cashback credited to their INX.One account.
- If the trading fees exceed the specified offer amount, the user will receive a cashback up to the maximum amount specified, but not exceeding it.
- If the trading fees amount to less than the specified offer amount, the customer will receive cashback equivalent to their trading fees.
- INX reserves the right to disqualify users who engage in inappropriate, dishonest, or abusive activities while the offer is live.
- If our risk detection system detects users engaging in coordinated matched trading activities, all associated users will be disqualified from the competition.
- INX.One reserves the right to disqualify anyone known or suspected of violating any of the rules and regulations outlined in the promotion.
